Books and guides sold through the Site are digital products delivered via a secure download link after payment is confirmed. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued, except where required by applicable law. If you have a genuine problem with a purchase (wrong file, corrupted download, duplicate charge), email me and I'll sort it out.

Donations

Donations ("Buy me a soda") are voluntary and non-refundable. They do not entitle the donor to any product, service, or ongoing relationship beyond my thanks.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — articles, essays, book text, images, and design — is my own work or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. You're welcome to share links and short excerpts with attribution; please don't republish full articles or books without asking first.
